Layoffs across my industry, where did you pivot? - 7 months and counting

Many of the people I know in my field were laid off this year, including me as a web developer. There are 8 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The postings I see are fewer and ask for more.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
