Layoffs across my industry, where did you pivot? - 5 months and counting

Three companies in Tulsa cut staff in the same month. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The postings I see are fewer and ask for more. Which areas are hiring?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
