Layoffs across my industry, where did you pivot? - 3 weeks in

Many of the people I know in my field were laid off this year, including me as a logistics coordinator. Any experience at all would help. I am open to a pay cut if the field is stable.

Look at job postings to see which skills repeat, then fill the gap. That gave me a direction.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
