Layoffs across my industry, where did you pivot? - 19 weeks in

Three companies in Kansas City cut staff in the same month. I worked as a dental hygienist before this. I have transferable skills but no direct experience elsewhere. How did you choose?

I moved into operations work. The skills carried over and there were more openings than in my old field.
