Layoffs across my industry, where did you pivot? - 15 weeks in

Many of the people I know in my field were laid off this year, including me as an insurance claims processor. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I am open to a pay cut if the field is stable. Which areas are hiring?

Look at job postings to see which skills repeat, then fill the gap. That gave me a direction.

I moved into operations work. The skills carried over and there were more openings than in my old field.
