Layoffs across my industry, where did you pivot? - 14 weeks in

Many of the people I know in my field were laid off this year, including me as an administrative assistant. I have transferable skills but no direct experience elsewhere. Who has switched fields?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
