Layoffs across my industry, where did you pivot? - 11 months and counting

Many of the people I know in my field were laid off this year, including me as an administrative assistant. Any experience at all would help. The postings I see are fewer and ask for more. How did you choose?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
