Layoffs across my industry, where did you pivot? - 10 months and counting

Three companies in Richmond cut staff in the same month. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The postings I see are fewer and ask for more. Who has switched fields?

I moved into operations work. The skills carried over and there were more openings than in my old field.
