Layoff notice, what does the 60 days mean?, barista here

Our team was told about a closure date that is 19 weeks away. There are 3 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Some colleagues are already leaving. Has anyone been through this?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
