Layoff notice, what does the 60 days mean? - any advice?

Our team was told about a closure date that is 7 weeks away. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. They offered a retention bonus for people who stay.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
