Layoff notice, what does the 60 days mean? - 11 weeks in

Our team was told about a closure date that is 11 weeks away. There are 4 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. They offered a retention bonus for people who stay. Should I stay for the bonus?

Start your search early. I wish I had begun the day of the notice.

Write down key dates and keep copies of the notice. Mine helped when a question came up later.
