Layoff happened 9 days ago, feeling lost - first time posting

They called a meeting on Tuesday and 9 of us were let go. I had been there 9 years. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I have not told my family yet. Is there a checklist I should follow?

Give yourself the first couple of days to be upset. I did, and then I felt able to plan.
