Layoff happened 9 days ago, feeling lost - first time posting

They called a meeting on Friday and 9 of us were let go. I had been there 9 years. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I have a box of my things and a short letter about benefits. Is there a checklist I should follow?

Give yourself the first couple of days to be upset. I did, and then I felt able to plan.
