Layoff happened 7 days ago, feeling lost - first time posting

They called a meeting on Tuesday and 7 of us were let go. I had been there 7 years. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I have a few weeks of savings and a rent payment due. Is there a checklist I should follow?
