Layoff happened 6 days ago, feeling lost (Hartford)

They called a meeting on Monday and 6 of us were let go. I had been there 6 years. I worked as a logistics coordinator before this. I have a few weeks of savings and a rent payment due. Is there a checklist I should follow?
