Layoff happened 6 days ago, feeling lost - first time posting

They called a meeting on Friday and 6 of us were let go. I had been there 6 years. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I have not told my family yet.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
