Layoff happened 6 days ago, feeling lost

I was let go as a production planner this week and I am still in shock. I worked as a production planner before this. I have not told my family yet. Is there a checklist I should follow?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
