Layoff happened 5 days ago, feeling lost

I lost my job as a bank teller and I am not sure what to do first. Any experience at all would help. I have not told my family yet.

Give yourself the first couple of days to be upset. I did, and then I felt able to plan.

Ask for your final pay, unused leave and any documents in writing before you leave, if you still can.
