Layoff happened 4 days ago, feeling lost - 15 weeks in

I was let go as an event coordinator this week and I am still in shock. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I have a box of my things and a short letter about benefits. Is there a checklist I should follow?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
