Layoff happened 3 days ago, feeling lost - any advice?

They called a meeting on Tuesday and 3 of us were let go. I had been there 3 years. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I have not told my family yet.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Give yourself the first couple of days to be upset. I did, and then I felt able to plan.
