Layoff happened 3 days ago, feeling lost after 3 years as a sales associate

They called a meeting on Tuesday and 3 of us were let go. I had been there 3 years. I worked as a sales associate before this. I have not told my family yet.

Give yourself the first couple of days to be upset. I did, and then I felt able to plan.
