Layoff happened 18 days ago, feeling lost - any advice?

I was let go as an office manager this week and I am still in shock. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I have a box of my things and a short letter about benefits. What did you do in the first week?

Give yourself the first couple of days to be upset. I did, and then I felt able to plan.

I made a short list: benefits, bills, documents, and then my résumé. One thing each day kept me steady.
