Layoff happened 17 days ago, feeling lost - first time posting

I was let go as a barista this week and I am still in shock. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I have a box of my things and a short letter about benefits.

Give yourself the first couple of days to be upset. I did, and then I felt able to plan.
