Layoff happened 14 days ago, feeling lost, school bus driver here

They called a meeting on Friday and 14 of us were let go. I had been there 14 years. Any experience at all would help. I have not told my family yet. What did you do in the first week?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
