Layoff happened 13 days ago, feeling lost - 12 months and counting

I was let go as a production planner this week and I am still in shock. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I have a box of my things and a short letter about benefits. Is there a checklist I should follow?

Give yourself the first couple of days to be upset. I did, and then I felt able to plan.
