Layoff happened 12 days ago, feeling lost after 12 years as a warehouse supervisor

I was let go as a warehouse supervisor this week and I am still in shock. I worked as a warehouse supervisor before this. I have a box of my things and a short letter about benefits. What did you do in the first week?

Give yourself the first couple of days to be upset. I did, and then I felt able to plan.
