Layoff happened 11 days ago, feeling lost

They called a meeting on Thursday and 11 of us were let go. I had been there 11 years. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I have a box of my things and a short letter about benefits. Which steps were urgent?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
