Layoff happened 11 days ago, feeling lost - 21 weeks in

They called a meeting on Friday and 11 of us were let go. I had been there 11 years. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I have not told my family yet. Is there a checklist I should follow?

Give yourself the first couple of days to be upset. I did, and then I felt able to plan.
