Layoff happened 10 days ago, feeling lost (Albuquerque)

They called a meeting on Monday and 10 of us were let go. I had been there 10 years. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I have not told my family yet. Is there a checklist I should follow?

Give yourself the first couple of days to be upset. I did, and then I felt able to plan.
