Layoff happened 10 days ago, feeling lost after 10 years as an office manager

I was let go as an office manager this week and I am still in shock. Any experience at all would help. I have a few weeks of savings and a rent payment due. Is there a checklist I should follow?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
