Layoff happened 10 days ago, feeling lost after 10 years as a line cook

I was let go as a line cook this week and I am still in shock. I worked as a line cook before this. I have a few weeks of savings and a rent payment due. Is there a checklist I should follow?

Give yourself the first couple of days to be upset. I did, and then I felt able to plan.
