Last week of benefits, options? - what worked for you?

The claim window is closing and I am worried about bills. I worked as an accounts payable clerk before this. I am willing to take a temporary job. What did you do after benefits ran out?

I took a temp job while I kept looking. It covered rent, and the agency sent me to a permanent job within a couple of months.
