Last week of benefits, options? - what worked for you?

My unemployment benefits end in 5 weeks and I have not found work as a teaching assistant. I worked as a teaching assistant before this. I am willing to take a temporary job. Did you find short-term work?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Ask your state agency about any extended programmes. Mine did not advertise them, but they existed.
