Last week of benefits, options? - what worked for you?

I exhausted my benefits and have 17 interviews lined up. There are 17 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I have savings for about a month. Where did you get help with bills?

I took a temp job while I kept looking. It covered rent, and the agency sent me to a permanent job within a couple of months.

Ask your state agency about any extended programmes. Mine did not advertise them, but they existed.
