Last week of benefits, options? (update)

The claim window is closing and I am worried about bills. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I am willing to take a temporary job. Did you find short-term work?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I took a temp job while I kept looking. It covered rent, and the agency sent me to a permanent job within a couple of months.
