Last week of benefits, options? (update)

My unemployment benefits end in 21 weeks and I have not found work as a call-centre agent. I worked as a call-centre agent before this. I wonder about extended programmes or help from local agencies. Did you find short-term work?

I took a temp job while I kept looking. It covered rent, and the agency sent me to a permanent job within a couple of months.
