I exhausted my benefits and have 17 interviews lined up. There are 17 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I wonder about extended programmes or help from local agencies. Where did you get help with bills?

Ask your state agency about any extended programmes. Mine did not advertise them, but they existed.
