Last week of benefits, options? (Kansas City)

I exhausted my benefits and have 6 interviews lined up. I worked as a mechanic before this. I have savings for about a month. Did you find short-term work?

I took a temp job while I kept looking. It covered rent, and the agency sent me to a permanent job within a couple of months.

Ask your state agency about any extended programmes. Mine did not advertise them, but they existed.
