Last week of benefits, options?, call-centre agent here

My unemployment benefits end in 10 weeks and I have not found work as a call-centre agent. I worked as a call-centre agent before this. I wonder about extended programmes or help from local agencies. Where did you get help with bills?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
