Last week of benefits, options? - any advice?

My unemployment benefits end in 3 weeks and I have not found work as a copywriter. I have savings for about a month. What did you do after benefits ran out?

Food pantries and community kitchens helped us stretch the budget. No shame in using them.

I took a temp job while I kept looking. It covered rent, and the agency sent me to a permanent job within a couple of months.
