Last week of benefits, options? after 9 years as a forklift operator

My unemployment benefits end in 15 weeks and I have not found work as a forklift operator. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I wonder about extended programmes or help from local agencies. Did you find short-term work?

I took a temp job while I kept looking. It covered rent, and the agency sent me to a permanent job within a couple of months.
