Last week of benefits, options? after 9 years as a customer-service rep

My unemployment benefits end in 11 weeks and I have not found work as a customer-service rep. Thank you in advance. I am willing to take a temporary job.

I took a temp job while I kept looking. It covered rent, and the agency sent me to a permanent job within a couple of months.
