Last week of benefits, options? after 5 years as a customer-service rep

My unemployment benefits end in 16 weeks and I have not found work as a customer-service rep. Any experience at all would help. I wonder about extended programmes or help from local agencies. Did you find short-term work?

Ask your state agency about any extended programmes. Mine did not advertise them, but they existed.
