Last week of benefits, options? after 3 years as a web developer

My unemployment benefits end in 14 weeks and I have not found work as a web developer. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I wonder about extended programmes or help from local agencies. What did you do after benefits ran out?
