Last week of benefits, options? after 3 years as a call-centre agent

My unemployment benefits end in 16 weeks and I have not found work as a call-centre agent. It has been a long 16 weeks. I am willing to take a temporary job.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 8 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
