Last week of benefits, options? after 18 years as a customer-service rep

My unemployment benefits end in 20 weeks and I have not found work as a customer-service rep. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I wonder about extended programmes or help from local agencies. Did you find short-term work?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
