Last week of benefits, options? after 12 years as a customer-service rep

My unemployment benefits end in 7 weeks and I have not found work as a customer-service rep. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I am willing to take a temporary job.

Ask your state agency about any extended programmes. Mine did not advertise them, but they existed.
