Last week of benefits, options?

I exhausted my benefits and have 11 interviews lined up. I am in Salt Lake City, in case local advice matters. I wonder about extended programmes or help from local agencies. What did you do after benefits ran out?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
