Last week of benefits, options?

My unemployment benefits end in 7 weeks and I have not found work as a customer-service rep. It has been a long 7 weeks. I wonder about extended programmes or help from local agencies. Did you find short-term work?

Food pantries and community kitchens helped us stretch the budget. No shame in using them.

Ask your state agency about any extended programmes. Mine did not advertise them, but they existed.
