Last week of benefits, options? - 6 months and counting

My unemployment benefits end in 15 weeks and I have not found work as a medical assistant. I am willing to take a temporary job.

Ask your state agency about any extended programmes. Mine did not advertise them, but they existed.

I took a temp job while I kept looking. It covered rent, and the agency sent me to a permanent job within a couple of months.
